The 11th China Processing Trade Products Expo (hereinafter referred to as the Expo) is scheduled to be held in Dongguan City from April 18-21, 2019. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1、 Basic information

Exhibition dates: April 18-21, 2019, with 18-19 being professional audience days and 20-21 being public open days.

Exhibition location: Guangdong Modern International Exhibition Center, Dongguan City.

Sponsors: Ministry of Commerce, China National Intellectual Property Administration, Guangdong Provincial People's Government.

Organizers: Guangdong Provincial Department of Commerce, Dongguan Municipal People's Government.

2、 Function and market positioning

Functional positioning: an exchange platform for the gradient transfer of China's processing trade and international production capacity cooperation in the new era, a display platform for the latest achievements in the innovative development of processing trade and the integrated development of Guangdong, Hong Kong, Macao and the Greater Bay Area, and a market platform for the integrated development of domestic and foreign trade.

Market positioning: Focus on domestic processing trade enterprises and other export-oriented enterprises to create international, professional, market-oriented trade exhibitions, business opportunities exhibitions, and technology exhibitions.

3、 Exhibition area planning

The exhibition is arranged in the mode of one theme exhibition and six professional exhibitions (abbreviated as 1+6), with an exhibition area of 50000 square meters.

（1） The theme exhibition includes three major sections: First, the processing trade gradient transfer business opportunity exhibition. Invite the key undertaking regions for the gradient transfer of processing trade nationwide and the industrial transfer undertaking regions in the east and northwest of Guangdong to promote development opportunities and guide the gradient transfer of processing trade; Invite key overseas parks established by Guangdong to attend the conference and promote international production capacity cooperation; The second is industrial design exhibition. It aims to promote the innovative development of processing trade enterprises and support the transformation and upgrading of processing trade enterprises by creating a design assistance support platform; The third is the exhibition of innovative development achievements in planning and processing trade in the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao. The exhibition will focus on the central government's strategic planning and achievements in the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao, with a focus on the innovative development of processing trade and the latest achievements in the past decade since the holding of the Fair.

（3） Booth arrangement

Arrange according to the principle of first come, first served, and priority for excellent enterprises. The standard for booth arrangement is to allocate 4 booths for large and specially decorated enterprises, while for smaller enterprises, only 1-2 booths are arranged in principle. The Secretariat of the Organizing Committee reserves the right to adjust the final arrangement of the booth.
