1. List of airport pickup routes

2. Airport pickup plan

A. Terminal T1 of Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport: reception points are set at the exit A8 and the exit B8 of the arrival hall of the AB building to meet and guide guests to the parking place to take the bus; Reception points shall be set at A12, B13 and the parking lot to meet and guide guests to get on the bus. Five exits, E1, E3, W1, W2 and W3, each exit, and staff shall be arranged for docking at AB parking lot.

B. Terminal T2 of Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport: set up reception points in the arrival area of domestic flights and guide guests to get on the bus, and arrange staff to dock in the waiting area of the bus and the H area of the P8 parking lot

C. Shenzhen Bao'an Airport T3 Terminal: staff will be arranged in the domestic arrival area and parking lot to meet and guide guests to the parking place.

2) Departure time:

April 17: 11:00, 12:00, 13:00, 14:00, 15:00, 16:00, 16:30, 17:00, 17:30, 18:00, 18:30, 19:00, 19:30, 20:00, 21:00, 22:00

(From 11:00-22:00 at Guangzhou and Shenzhen airports, every hour, and every 30 minutes during peak hours)

3) Exhibition hall drop-off scheme:

A. Arrange staff to guide guests to the waiting point at the traffic indicator of Houjie Guangdong Modern International Exhibition Center;

B. Arrange the staff to put the departure timetable at the check-in counter of each hotel and guide the guests to get on the bus at Houjie Guangdong Modern International Exhibition Center;

C. Departure time: April 21: 12:00, 13:00, 14:00, 15:00, 16:00, 17:00, 18:00, 19:00 (Guangzhou, Shenzhen airports 12:00-19:00 every hour)

A. Party B can adjust the specific number of vehicles for the above lines according to the hotel occupancy and traffic conditions.

B. On April 17, Chinese buses will be arranged to divert passengers arriving at Dongguan from the airport and high-speed railway station at the exhibition hall to the special hotels.

C. The special hotels are located in a 60-minute traffic circle centered on Guangdong Modern International Exhibition Hall.

D. The above route arrangement is arranged according to the guest occupancy of previous large exhibitions.

E. In order to provide more high-quality and considerate services to the guests, we will arrange a staff member on each shuttle to explain to the guests and distribute information.
